Your future role
  • Participate in IT projects related to our department
  • Communicate with external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Digital Compliance team
  • Write service documentation and compliance related documents
  • Implement new software and licenses according to our security guidelines
  • Administer services like Google Workspace, Atlassian and Microsoft 365
  • Complete inventory management related tasks
  • Mobile device security with scanning tools and device management policies 
  • Optimize the access requests and support processes
What you need to succeed
  • You have initial experience in Helpdesk or IT support role
  • You have worked with asset management and collaboration tools like Google, Atlassian, Miro or similar 
  • You have general experience with supporting and managing access of cloud based tools
  • You have experience  with mobile device security( laptops, cell phones etc.) as well as a general interest in data and IT security 
  • Having previous experience with Azure AD and/or on-prem AD is a plus
  • You are solution-oriented and customer focused always trying to find a suitable solution for our teams
  • You are passionate and enthusiastic to stay up to date in the quickly changing world of IT
  • You have excellent verbal and written English skills, German is a plus

Data4Life is a nonprofit organization with the vision of making the world a healthier place. With a team of around 100 people from 30 different countries, we work together on the mission to digitize health research. By linking technology and research, we make health data available to research in a comprehensive, digital and secure way. Our interdisciplinary team in Potsdam, Berlin and Singapore brings together experts from fields such as product development, digital engineering, data security and science. Data4Life was founded in 2017 and is funded by the Hasso Plattner Foundation.
